Hello,
I used CCleaner on a friend's PC that was running slowly and now it isn’t slow anymore, and earlier I used CCleaner and in the options to remove startup entries I deleted everything, but after reboot it remains with a black screen and when doing startup repair it turned on 3 times and stays on the startup repair attempt but still nothing new.
I did not back up drivers and I cannot reinstall Windows (no keys or disks to reinstall) and I deleted the backups for more memory.
So, what should I do? I cannot open the computer to remove a battery or anything like that and Safe Mode doesn’t help, drivers load and then stop and stay like that.
Should I let it run startup repair? Will it ever work?
Thanks in advance for your answers
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 30.0.1599.101

Hello
Boot into Safe Mode...
Then go to Start / Run / Type: MSCONFIG... and confirm
Go to the "Startup" tab and re-check everything...
(at least what remains)
Restart your PC. -
Problem solved!
In fact, it was stuck on something and would never start otherwise. I know msconfig, but it wouldn’t even start in Safe Mode, and for repairs it gave me "unable to restore the PC." Eventually, I just had to leave it on for 5 minutes on a black screen, and it's fine now; it’s working perfectly. It’s because I was in a rush that I didn’t even bother to wait 5 minutes.
