This problem occurs when I launch a game, I experience freezes throughout the PC, I have to restart or when I use ALT TAB, I get black screens with delays.
From what I understand, this comes from the ASUS service of the motherboard.
I have cleaned my PC with Malwarebytes and Glary, I have then disabled the services in question and removed the application, but nothing works...
I’m turning to you because I want to make sure that before formatting, there are no other solutions.

Thank you for your help.

Hello

This is due to the Asus motherboard utility which is part of the AI Suite software.

Try uninstalling it either via Windows (normal mode) or using Revo Uninstaller (https://www.revouninstaller.com/fr/start-freeware-download-portable/). Once the software is uninstalled, test again.

Check and install if BIOS and AI Suite software updates (if used) are available.

Hello and thank you for your quick reply.

The problem is that I have neither Asus motherboard utility nor AI Suite in my applications.

Hello,

last night before turning off my PC I did a Windows update.
And today I have no more problems.
Honestly, I don't know where the problem came from and whether it was the update that fixed the issue or something else.
In any case, my problem is resolved.
