My Switch won't switch to TV mode.

Hello, my Switch was working fine before; it would go into TV mode, but for some time now, when I put my Switch in the dock, the TV doesn't detect anything, even though the green light comes on and the Switch charges. It worked once, but then it quickly turned off, so I'm wondering what's going on???

    Hello

    It is possible that you have incorrectly connected the cables or mispositioned the switch.
    If the problem persists, it is possible that the support for the switch is broken, or that your cable or the HDMI port on your TV is faulty.
