Edit of 07/05/2023: the site is now registered in the UK, hence outside the EU.
No regulatory legal notices, no postal address, just a plain Gmail email address to contact them.
This site being outside France and the EU, in case of problems you will only have your eyes to cry this site is, in my opinion, to be avoided.

Completely anonymous site. No identification such as SIRET or equivalent. No physical address. It's unclear which law applies.
High probability of a 'somewhat' fraudulent site (Collecting but not delivering). Reusing the credit card?
Article 18 of the Terms and Conditions Applicable Law is more than vague.. (Just hot air, like the rest of the T&Cs..)
In short, the site does not inspire confidence.

I'm not familiar with the site, but I encourage you to read its legal notices. I actually find them strict. I'm surprised to find typos on essential points like the contact email address.
Considering that delivery is free in mainland France, I find it rather strange not to find a reference to the company's registered office address, which would logically be based at least in Europe (probably in a French-speaking country since the site is only in French).
There's no trace of the company online regarding this. However, it is possible that the name of the company differs, so there’s no need to panic either.
So we continue to dig: the website's security certificate is held by mon-pull-plaid.com, which owns 12 sites and a small funny fact is that the site mon-pull-plaid.com has the particularity of having all its footer links disabled (useful information / help / follow). This raises several red flags in my opinion: either it's a company that rushed and got help from amateurs, or the other option is what you might dread from a website.
So personally, I'm quite inclined to play it safe.
However, you can always email them to simply ask where their registered office is since you can't find any trace of their company under the name "veste-américaine," as you were looking for reviews about orders placed with their company.
Sometimes, communicating this can resolve quite a few things. And if they are professionals, they will respond without hesitation because your question is legitimate.

Beware, this site is a scam. I was charged 76 euros without ever receiving my order.
It's impossible to contact them.

I know this question is not new, but the site veste-américaine.com is a scam!
We lost 60€, no delivery, no way to contact anyone...it's a shame that we can't do anything against these bastards!
I contacted them, the company is indeed French and not American. I have already ordered from them. The customer service is friendly. I had a problem with my order and they refunded me without any issues.
If, as you say, the site veste-americaine.com is French, then how do you explain:
- That it does not comply with the law, since there are nomandatory legal notices.
- That it is nowregistered in Great Britain, thus outside the EU.
- To contact them, there is no postal address, and when I see what follows on the site, it does not make me want to order:
