Forgotten BIOS password Toshiba

I have a problem with an old PC of my sister's, it's a Toshiba Satellite C670D-12W.
The PC is asking for a password. I thought it was a Windows password, but when I put in another hard drive, I still get a black screen after the manufacturer logo with a small blue box in the middle and a white text area asking for a password.
After some research, I learned with surprise (since it's the first time I've seen this) that the BIOS can also be protected by a password.
After wandering around the internet, I found and tried several things:
-Removing the BIOS battery for 20 minutes, same result
-Removing the battery and shorting the + and - of the BIOS battery holder, same result
-I saw that on some PCs there is a jumper to move on the motherboard to "clear CMOS" which would reset the BIOS and at the same time remove that password, but I didn’t see this jumper.
Does anyone have an idea on how to remove this password? I can't even start Windows.

The forum's charter prohibits any assistance regarding these topics, especially when it comes to laptops, which are not protected in the same way. The BIOS password is impossible to erase due to lack of power (removing the battery does not work). In this specific case, there are only 2 solutions:
1) recover the password
2) take the laptop to an authorized dealer of the brand to reset it, presentation of the proof of purchase mandatory.
