Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC sound reduction issue

For a few days now, when I try to turn up the volume on my phone, the sound goes all the way down with this error message, and it's often accompanied by an inability to turn off the screen, and when I press the power button, a screenshot occurs...

I wonder if anyone could give me even a semblance of help...

And at worst, I would like to know if changing my phone would still result in this problem, if it's related to the APKs I downloaded (I've been downloading APKs without issues for 5 years and 2 phones...)
