Error 000061 epson printer

Hello everyone

I have my Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5790 printer

which shows error 000061 printer error and restart

which I have done but it still displays the same

If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears and thank you in advance

Good evening, no problem resolved, I believe there is a defective part.

But I don't know anything about printers, thank you anyway. A+

This error doesn't seem to be "common" as it doesn't appear in the list of errors in the manual for this printer ....

I read that it could be either a paper jam or a mechanical problem... and if that's the case ► Epson customer service ??

Sorry, but I couldn't find anything better.
