Epson L380 printer error

Hello
my EPSON L380 printer, when turned on, has flashing lights and displays the following message:
"An ink pad in the printer is almost at the end of its life.
Please contact Epson support."
I checked the ink and it is at maximum
so I need help with the repair, thank you!!!.

it's not the cartridges that are empty, but the ink pad that is full
