Epson Stylus SX510W Printer Error

Hello
Following a paper jam on the EPSON S510W, after turning off the power, removing the paper, and turning the power back on, the machine continues to display the error message.

    The message is:
    Print error. Remove the print from the tension, then without tension with the machine running.
    Refer to the documentation.
