I have an error code 0*91 when I turn on the Epson wf-5620 printer
no buttons are working

    -- Have you checked the manual for the meaning of this error code?

    -- Have you unplugged the wall socket for 5 minutes and then plugged it back in?

    -- The electronic board may be faulty, but there's nothing we can do about it through this forum.

    -- The head movement sensors might be dirty; there are two of them... Horizontal movement, it's a transparent plastic ribbon with fine engravings stretched between the right and left sides and running through the head... It needs to be cleaned thoroughly with a slightly damp clean cloth.

    -- The vertical paper feed movement is a transparent disk with fine engravings, attached to the axes of the rollers that feed the paper, usually on the left side; it also needs cleaning.

    -- It might also be that the whole printer needs cleaning; it would do it good.

    Here are some points to check carefully.
