Hello,
I am working with EBP PAIE V24.10 (2020.10). When I run the month-end closing for August, I get the message “monthly closing impossible: the slips have not been printed although my prints have been launched.”
I use this version to check the settings of my autonomous payroll 2022, because the configurations are not yet correct, especially when launching updates.
If someone could help, that would be great.
Thank you

You’re starting your print from the preview, aren’t you?…
Is it a PDF print or a printer print? -
You can no longer make payments for the year 2022.. the last supported year is 2021.. (If we are talking about the OLT version)
The software continues to run (to access historical data) but its behavior after 2021 is truly erratic!
Are you testing with 2022? -
The EBP software for which I am performing the verification is not an OLT version but what they called the old version in the EBP support - EBP PAYROLL V24.10 (2020.10). On the other hand, I have been working in OPEN LINE since 2021 and the settings reset with every update, and there are still many errors, which is why I continue to run payrolls on my two software solutions because the previous one, after 15 years of configuration, allows me to detect many errors. Hence my wish to continue using it as a verification tool.
I spend time on it, but it allows me to produce correct payrolls.

I left EBP payroll on the day the license version was stopped, that is, the end of 2021. I switched to SAGE, cheaper for my use. It took 3 months to set up, but now it’s in place and running on its own. What I appreciate is the online chat, possible and free. What I don’t like is that if EBP was complicated, SAGE is even more so because of a not-so-user-friendly web interface..
But to come back to your problem, the error message is a window from EBP or a Windows window.. EBP windows are created by the software and labeled EBP.. I even think there is an error number...

Can you still print one from the previous month?

Very good idea, it will allow me to know on which bulletin it blocks. Thank you very much for your good advice. Have a nice day
