Graphics Card Fan Not Spinning and Processor at 80°

Hello,

I have a Dell G15 5520 (laptop) with an NVIDIA RTX 3060. When I play and use the assistant that allows me to keep an eye on the CPU temperature, I see that it is around 80° and that the fans of the graphics card are at 0rpm. Is this normal? If not, how can I activate the fans?

Thank you

    Hello.

The graphics card fans are at 0rpm.

Check that your graphics card is indeed being used in games; it's possible that the integrated graphics of the processor are being used instead of your RTX 3060.

Thank you very much for your quick response.

Unfortunately, it didn't change anything; I already had the graphics card chosen by default, and the fan stays at 0rpm. When I use the assistant, it tells me that it's the graphics card's processor that is at 80°, so it is indeed the graphics card that is being used...

I also downloaded the MSI Afterburner software based on another piece of advice, but the fan section is grayed out... so I can't see what the issue is, unless my graphics card doesn't have a fan...
