Hello,
I had the same problem: the red and green lights being on means there is no fiber link issue.

The technician from Free intervened, he simply unplugged ALL the cables from the box and the ONU unit, then blew several times on the male and female connectors.

You couldn't believe it.

If it doesn't work, repeat the process; the technician told me it's a dust issue, you need to insist.

        Indeed, you should not blow on an optical head, so if the technician does, ask him to change the head and use tape for the male and a clean fluke for the female.

    indeed, rather than blowing and risking sending droplets that would make things worse, it's better to take some alcohol on a cotton swab and use it on the ferrule to clean, a can of compressed air, if you have one on hand, it's rarer than a bottle of 70 alcohol, but it also does the job if the dust isn't too stuck; the two can be complementary.

    In any case,

    be sure to disconnect the fiber jumpers at each end and turn off the ONT/ONU or the box if the fiber comes directly into it; on the PTO side, normally, you can't look, so it's blind.

    Otherwise, watch out for the eyes ....

    and ... There you go!
    But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!
