Blocked step 3 but UN ok

Hello

I have a Freebox V6 connected via fiber optic that has been stuck for 2 hours on step 3 (FTTH signal detected).

The 2 LEDs (orange and green) of the ONU are lit up.

I have unplugged the cables several times but got the same result.

Where might the problem come from?

    From Free,
    they need to be contacted, probably an issue with their OLT, or a bad patching at the pooling point, so the wrong port on the OLT.
