"this file cannot be previewed" how to fix it?

Hello,

I am working on my Windows 7 PC. For some time now (automatic updates??)

When I have a folder of Word files 2010 or even 2003 (all /.doc) and even recently PDFs, I get the message "this file cannot be previewed." How can I fix this?

    Hello Tango9,

    Have you been able to resolve your preview issue on Windows?

    I've tried everything I could find online, but I'm still having the same problem... And it's annoying to have to open everything each time to choose the right files :(

    Hello,

    Why the word "Preview"..?? and not Visualize..?

    In any case, to read or view a PDF file, you need a PDF reading software... installed on the PC... like "Foxit Reader" or "Adobe Reader" for example...

    Maybe your Word isn't activated... were these .doc files made with the same Word..? Or do they come from elsewhere..?
