Internet connection issue Oyster smart TV motorhome

Hello,
My motorhome is equipped with a smart TV Oyster. An Oyster Connect is installed on the roof with a SIM card connected to a router inside the motorhome via a LAN cable. (multi SIM from my iPhone with Bouygues).
The problem is that my smart TV connects to the router's Wi-Fi network but shows no internet connection.
As a result, I am unable to access the internal configuration web page of Oyster Connect (192.168.240.1).
I have reset the TV, turned the router off and on again, but nothing has changed.
I also have the possibility of picking up external Wi-Fi. So I tried with the Wi-Fi from my home. My smart TV connected to the Wi-Fi network but still shows no internet connection.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

Hello.
I resolved my connection issue. I removed my SIM card from the oyster connect and inserted it into my phone. It worked very well. I put it back into the oyster connect device. I was able to connect my iPhone to the camper's Wi-Fi network and from there I was able to set up the smart TV.
Thank you for your research.
Best regards.

Hello,
you're mixing up a lot of things, 4G, wifi, ethernet (LAN cable), we're having a hard time keeping up.
After some research, if I understood correctly, your Oyster connect is a 4G router.
You can't connect your TV to it, OK (which is actually good, I always rant about TVs on mobile networks), but the TV doesn't work on your personal wifi either, right?
So apparently the problem is the TV, have you tried connecting other devices (smartphone, PC) to the router's wifi network?
For the TV, it's going to be difficult, as there are very few testing and diagnostic methods on those devices, if it's an Android TV we might still be able to install network testing apps (maybe).

Hello Brupala.
Sorry if I didn't use the right technical terms!
I tried to connect my phone to the camper's 4G router, but the response is the same as for the TV, namely "connected but no internet connection."
I wanted to use the router by installing a SIM card so that I wouldn't have to use my phone to connect the TV, as that way everything works. The TV works fine. On the roof of the camper, I have an external unit where a SIM card is inserted; this external unit refers to the antenna unit for a better connection (mobile radio communication/LTE).

OK,
you are indeed talking about this system?
Do you have a link to the documentation?
Often in the router, you need to configure a PIN code for the SIM card or set the default code, has that been done?

Yes, that's exactly what I'm talking about.
I have this documentation. To set up the PIN code for the SIM card, I need an internet connection to access the internal configuration web page of Oyster Connect. The documentation informs me: "You can access the internal configuration web page of Oyster Connect from any device connected to Oyster Connect. To do this, open a web browser (Safari (Apple), Chrome (Android), Firefox, Internet Explorer. Google App is not a web browser) AND enter the following address: http://oyster.connect or http://192.168.240.1."
But since I can't get an internet connection (iPhone or smart TV), I can't configure a PIN code!
Thank you for your research.
