Laptab Lexibook internet connection issue

Hello,

I just bought a Lexibook laptop for my daughter. I can't connect to the internet even though the PC detects our Orange box. Does anyone have a solution? I have already written several times to Lexibook without any response from them.

Help me please....

    For me, it was a problem with the box pairing.

    Good luck to everyone and I haven't thanked Lexibook who never replied to me despite my 3-4 messages on the customer service of the site.

    Good evening,

    I have a problem as I can't connect to the internet even though it detects my Orange box well. Is it a password issue for you? Because when I try to enter the requested password (the WAP key), this key is too long for the space allowed by my computer's password field! I called the Orange service, and they can't do anything. Have you found a solution? Thank you.

      Still no more info on my end and still no response from Lexibook. My last hope: a computer technician that I will try to get to come to my house so that the mini PC is ready for Christmas...

      I don’t think it’s a password issue but rather a configuration problem with the professional box...

      No, I still haven't managed to connect either via wifi on our pro box or on another regular orange box with the username and password... As soon as I know more, I will share my information with you.
