Hello everyone, I bought a printer at an auction named as in the title; I installed it, it works, but I can't log into the session of the person who configured the printer.

I performed a factory reset, I even did a hard reboot, but nothing works.

I didn't receive any support when I bought this printer.

Does anyone have a clue?

Hello,

With a bit of luck, and if the passwords haven't been configured but are the default ones, try the admin/admin pair.

Thank you very much Brucine, unfortunately, it's a numeric password, I tried 0000, 00000000, and 12345678

but I'm stuck!

It is reported that there would be no default username and password (in other words, in factory configuration, they are blank and it is up to the user to create their own).

If this is not the case, it means that the "hard reset" was not successful (if so, the printer warns that it will reset the passwords) because a hidden menu may have allowed it to be activated before performing it, see here, message 6:

Hello

On an HP printer, printing the information page reveals the password without needing to enter it beforehand.

You just need to look up the procedure in the manual for this specific model. It’s either a key combination or through the printer's web server in general.
