HP 2700 printer prints in green

My HP 2700 printer is printing everything in green. I would like to perform a cleaning, but I don't know how to do that. Alternatively, maybe the problem lies elsewhere.

Did you buy cartridges from a brand other than HP?

Retirement is great! Especially in the Caribbean...
