Out of memory to print?

Hello

I just received a document that I want to print and it's impossible; when I click on print, I get this message: there is not enough memory to print

Can you please tell me where the problem is!

It's difficult to respond without knowing your setup..
But check the advanced properties of your printer


To print, the printer driver converts the print data into a bitmap that the printer can understand and reproduce with the print head.
This transformation requires memory, and a lot of it if the file is complex.. If it’s a PDF file, you can print it as an image from Acrobat, so that the calculation is done by software that knows how to do it rather than by the driver.

Exactly...! especially with PDF files.. in my job, I've seen it take 40 minutes before printing starts! (AutoCAD exports)

My printer is a Canon TS5020

No matter the printer, spooling the print job is a Windows function... and printing as an image is a function of Acrobat.
If your document has multiple pages, print in several batches (pages 1-5 then 6-10 for example).
