Hello

I have a Brother MFC 9320 CW printer that shows a memory full message, and therefore I can no longer print or scan.

I have reset it, but the problem remains the same; if someone has a solution,

    Hello,

    How long has it been working well..??

    It's a color laser printer. Maybe it's not the memory that's full..??

    It should be turned off, unplugged from the PC, or the Wi-Fi turned off, restarted... and make a copy using only the printer's buttons...

    -- The goal is to understand if the issue is with the PC or the printer..??

    I did your photocopy procedure, it works

    Memory full is displayed on the printer with the green data light blinking and it's impossible to print documents from the computer or smartphone

    OK, well spotted for the copy... so, basically, the printer is working..

    • Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds, until all the LEDs light up, then release it. The machine will cancel the current print job and remove it from the memory.

      The device also cancels the print job and automatically clears it from its memory one minute after entering a full memory state.
    • Lower the print resolution or reduce the complexity of your document.
