Screen turns on and off at startup without displaying anything

Hello,
Hello, I have a problem with the screen of my Acer Concept D3. When I start the computer, the screen lights up but doesn't display anything; after a few seconds, it turns off and then regularly turns back on. I've had this issue twice in 3 months. Each time, it was enough to restart the computer for everything to return to normal. This time, it's been almost 48 hours that I've had this problem. I don't know if it’s related, but 5 minutes before, I had tilted my screen to lay it flat (without forcing it, of course). I made a video to illustrate the problem: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CgBagXsNm1oMdX4LBo99PA61eHwUHPC8/view?usp=drivesdk

- Lexibook Laptop turns on but nothing is displayed on the screen

Hello,
I may have found the solution to your problem. I'm not 100% sure it will work but it's worth a try.
Hardware reset of your ACER computer
If the computer is unable to turn on, you might find it helpful to perform a power reset. This discharges any electrical buildup that may be preventing your laptop from starting up properly. If your product has a pinhole reset button on the battery, you can press and hold it for 4 seconds to reset your system. If your product doesn’t have a reset pinhole, follow the instructions below to reset your system while powered on.
- Unplug the power adapter from the laptop.
- Remove the battery.
- Open the laptop.
- Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds, then release the button.
- Now reinsert the battery.
- Slide the battery lock into the locked position.
- Flip your laptop over one last time and plug in your power adapter.
- Turn on your laptop.
There you go, and I hope for you that it works ;)
