Weak or non-existent signal
Hello, Samsung which was working very well elsewhere can no longer find the channels. Antenna on the roof and indoor antenna are working.
I tried to switch to HDMI as I could read on some forums.
I checked the hidden menu. Hotel mode is off. Can you help me?
Thank you in advance

Hello,
"I tried to set it to HDMI as I could read on some forums."
Absolutely useless, HDMI inputs are for connecting external sources like DVD players, satellite receivers, etc...
You need to switch your TV to the antenna input and do a new channel scan.
If there's no result, try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug everything back in.
If there's still no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Thank you for your response, but I've been trying for a week. I've done this a million times and nothing works. I don't have access to the HDMI. It's grayed out on my TV and I have nothing to connect since there's no internet in the house. It's a matter of settings. But I don't know where. I'm connected to the roof antenna, and it doesn't work. The indoor antenna is the same.
I can't find where the problem is.
Feel free to give me your solutions.

Are you sure this antenna is operational?

I had a doubt, so I took an indoor antenna that works very well and is equipped with an amplifier. It works very well in Toulouse. Nothing changes that.
Thank you for your help.

"She walks very well in Toulouse"
Yes, but now you're no longer there.... The interior antennas only work when close and in direct line of sight of a transmitter, with no obstacles... that is to say that in 95% of cases, they do not work...
