My headset no longer touches my ear too much.

Hi, sorry, it might be a silly question, but I have a problem with my headset and I can't find any answers to it.

So basically, I have a 770 Pro headset and everything was fine until about an hour ago. I didn't put it down roughly, but when I picked it up again, the headset wasn't fitting my right ear properly, as if it was loose or something was broken inside, and I wanted to know how to fix that.

    Hello,

You take both hands, you grip the headband, and you press, this should tighten the band and bring the two ear cups closer together.

But the ear cup attachment could also be broken, so the pressure from the assembly is no longer sufficient to keep it in place.

Basically, I need to put the foam back on the headband to tighten the ear cups.

we need a picture of the headset on its own and one of the other side that is well positioned.

but without handling it, we will only have hypotheses; there must be a mechanism to raise the earpiece, because both earpieces must be at the same height relative to the arch to maintain its curvature. And if something is broken there, only you can see it.

As written before, only you can see if it's broken, deformed, or just poorly adjusted
