Hello

I received the message "940.01 service lv power supply" on my Lexmark e460dn printer

It started off intermittently and then became continuous; the machine is now unusable

If I can't find the answer on this forum, could you perhaps direct me to another more specialized forum??? I really don't want to throw this machine away

Hello.

It is probably the power board that is causing the problem; the power board is the printed circuit board to which the power supply connects.
