I recently subscribed to an intense plan with Orange, and with this offer, I have 3 unlimited numbers.
I would like to know the procedure to subscribe to this offer (which number to call)

Hi there

To save your favorite numbers, you can call customer service (700). They will register them directly for you, but keep in mind that you need to wait 48 hours for your favorite numbers to be taken into account.

To modify your unlimited numbers, go to your mobile in the Orange+ services, click on customer service and follow the instructions. Everything will be done through a voice mailbox and your numbers will be available within 48 hours.
If that doesn't work, it might be because your numbers are not Orange numbers.

Me at 740, they tell me that they are sorry but that the activation of my preferred numbers is not enabled and that I need to call 740 back in 24 hours... for whom, why??

on the other hand, there's no point in adding someone who has already put you on unlimited if one has an Origami plan.

reminder of the rules:

- The subscriber chooses 3 of their close ones, regardless of their operator, and benefits from unlimited calls and SMS to their numbers.

- The declared close ones, if they are Orange customers (plans and blocked plans), will also be able to call and send unlimited SMS to the holder of the Origami plan.

- And they will even be able to call each other and send each other SMS, still unlimited if they are Orange customers (plans and blocked plans).

I confirm for Nat and Guigou that I have the same issue with a number, impossible if the number has already been chosen by another client.....
It's a bit of a scam as it was not specified when signing the contract..

I have an Origami Style plan that was activated today, but I can't add my 3 shared unlimited numbers even with the 740. They mentioned an option for an additional €3... And I can't add the numbers that are already included in the plan.
If anyone has a solution, please...

Personally, I think Orange is becoming useless.

They called me to renew my plan, and I wanted to see if they finally released something (not too expensive) to do something similar to Bouyg (unlimited calls to any operator).
So they mentioned the option for 3 gift numbers, and the person told me that there is an option for 3 gift numbers to all operators; I thought that was great.

I called 3970 (700), and they told me no.

The store near "yes" but not for my plan.

In short, it's take a non-blocking plan, which they cheat you with at every turn.

But I want a way to call my friend who's with SFR unlimited without getting ripped off on the bill.
