Hello,

For transferring from the smartphone to the tablet, you have several options:

1) You can upload the photos to Google Drive and then download them onto the tablet by logging into Google Drive. Easy and efficient.

2) You can use a dedicated app like FotoSwipe, available on the Play Store. I know it exists, but I don't use it. I've heard it's convenient.

For everything that follows, you need a file manager installed on the smartphone (and you can also install it on the tablet). I personally use File Manager HD, available on the Play Store.

3) Transfer via Bluetooth.
Start by activating Bluetooth on both the smartphone and the tablet.
Open File Manager on the smartphone and go to the folder where the photos are stored (probably DCIM > Camera).
Select the photos (by long-pressing the first one) and then tap "Share" at the bottom of the screen) and choose Bluetooth. If your tablet doesn’t appear in the available devices, search using "Scan."
The photos will most likely arrive in the Download folder of the tablet)

4) Transfer via NFC (devices in contact with each other).
Both devices must have NFC enabled.
You do the same as with Bluetooth transfer, but you will select "Nearby Sharing" instead of "Bluetooth." I don’t like this technique as it can be quite temperamental.

5) You can also transfer using a USB flash drive as an intermediary. You will need a special cable (OTG cable) to connect it to your devices.
