Spam/phishing and Avast

Hello everyone,
A few days ago, I accidentally clicked on "unsubscribe" from a spam message. Since then, I've been getting regular alerts from Avast about a PDF being quarantined. I ran an antivirus scan on my PC, cleaned it up with CCleaner, and also scanned it with malware, but they found nothing.
The related process is HxTsr.exe in c:\program files.
Does anyone have a solution, please?

Hello.
I cleaned up with CCleaner
I don't know how many times it needs to be said, CCleaner does not disinfect anything and is also useless; it is far too often used haphazardly. At best, we can use it to clean the registry once or twice a year; for my part, I do without it, and my PC is doing just fine.
Since then, I regularly get an alert from Avast about a quarantine of a PDF
Can you tell me more and give me the wording of the alert and particularly the location of the PDF file?

This process belongs to Microsoft Office.
Download FRST once downloaded save it to the desktop then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator you will get this:
Click on Scan
Warning, wait until the messages stating that the scan is complete are displayed

At the end of the scan, you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition

Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to CJOINT see THIS TUTORIAL then provide the two links generated by Cjoint in your response.
