Hello everyone,
I have a 55" Ambilight from 2019
Model 55PUS6704/12
My TV is working really well,
the only annoying thing is that for the past few days, when I press to get the different sources with the remote, the dedicated menu responds, but they don’t display!
When I unplug the TV and plug it back in, they reappear but don’t stay. I have reset the TV, and the problem remains.
Can you help me?

It seems that the screen is not delivering its information. Also check with the remote control.

Thank you, since I can't change the batteries in the screen, I'll try changing the ones in the remote control! ^^
