Philips TV 32PFL3018H/12 - Won't turn on

Hello,
Last night my TV suddenly turned off.
Black screen, no unusual noise, no smell of anything burning.
Since I can't find the warranty (it should be 2 years old), I opened it up to see if it was the fuse. The problem is, I can't find a fuse.
Could someone please help me?

      There is no power supply; it goes directly to the TV board.

      Oh really, you're coming in at 220 volts and there’s nothing, no transformer or rectifier, etc... it's a power supply board if you prefer and it can be replaced!!!
