How to unlock a blocked HP laptop keyboard?

My computer keyboard is blocked.

I've tried the keys (fn + f5) then (fn and f1 + f2).

Nothing happens.

    Hello Hello Hello,

    If the FN keys do not respond, you should try restarting the PC by turning it off completely to begin with.

    Also try tapping the F10 key as soon as the HP logo appears to see if it responds and takes you to the BIOS.

    Afterwards, you should test the F2, Esc, and F9 keys, and if they no longer work, this may indicate the keyboard cable is disconnected inside, a suddenly failed keyboard, etc...

    There are still several avenues to explore.
