BITDEFENDER VPN Blocks Opening Internet Page

Hello,

I installed BITDEFENDER as antivirus as well as the BITDEFENDER VPN.
It causes me a lot of problems: it blocks my Free messaging, I can't access it unless I put the VPN to sleep
and it blocks many website openings.

Is there a solution for the VPN not to block these openings? In my online searches, I followed instructions to change an IP address on VP4, but nothing works
Or is it a problem with Bitdefender, and should I change it? If that's the case, how do I deactivate it? I couldn't find anything.

Thank you for your reply.

Have a nice day.

Thank you for the message, but it does not resolve the issue; I have already set it up without success.

I solved the problem as follows: I'm with Orange. I go into my mailbox after checking that the Bit Defender VPN is not running. Once in my mailbox, I turn on the VPN and "it works smoothly."

Yes, thank you, I can do that; what I don't understand is why I have to disconnect and reconnect every time. It's not very practical, all of this.

And on top of that, it doesn't solve my problem when opening websites.

It seems that the BITDEFENDER VPN is not optimal at all. Is there another one that's much easier to use?

    Hi,
what's obvious is that you’d better uninstall it if it's not working, especially since it's not really useful.
Even as antivirus software, everyone knows that Windows Defender is quite sufficient these days.
