Bonjour,
bonsoir moi aussi je pense que j'ai attrape le fameux virus nokia par un de mes contacts msn et j'arrive pas a l'enlever ....ca m'ouvre des fenetres de discussions msn alors que je suis pas sur l'ordi ...et ca envoie des trucs bizarre a mes contacts ! j'ai fait plusieurs scan avec avast mais il ne trouve rien ...
Que faut il faire ??? j'ai essaye de changer mot de passe de hotmail mais ca change rien ....lol oui desolee suis pas super calee niveau informatique !!!

1°-Télécharge Antivir
-Antivir de Avira : https://www.avira.com/
Clique sur "download here" en bas de la colonne Classic et dans la fenêtre suivante clique sur la version de ton système.
(Attention pas disponible pour Vista 64 bits.)
Enregistre le fichier (16.4 Mo) et installe le programme.
Voici un tutoriel pour ce faire et bien paramétrer le programme.

Mets-le à jour et referme-le.
2°-Démarrage en mode sans échec
Important de faire la procédure sous ce mode.
Il faut choisir la même session que celle qui est infectée et non pas la session Administrateur qui apparaît.
Après la fermeture de la première fenêtre, au tout début de la phase de démarrage du PC (boot), appuie sur F8.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre, sélectionne [b]Mode sans échec[/b] à l'aide des flèches du clavier et clique sur Entrée (Enter).
Ne t'inquiète pas de l'aspect, Windows démarre avec le minimum nécessaire et peut prendre quelque minutes pour démarrer.
3°-Scan antivirus
Tu cliques sur l'icône du bureau pour lancer Antivir.
Dans l'onglet Scanner,; tu cliques sur la croix devant Manual Selection et tu coches Poste de travail.
Tu laisses tout coché pour la première analyse.
Tu cliques sur l'icône en forme de loupe en-dessous de Status pour lancer l'analyse qui peut durée une heure.
Il est préférable de ne pas s'éloigner pour répondre aux messages en cas d'alerte.
Tu choisis "Moved to quarantine" pour tout ce qu'il trouve.
Quand le scan est terminé, tu clique sur End.
4°-Redémarrage en mode normal
Tu postes le rapport Antivir:
Tu ouvres le programme et dans l'onglet Reports, choisi Scan avec la date correspondante, double-clique dessus et ensuite sur Report file
et fais un copier-coller de la totalité.

j'ai pas reussi a faire le scan complet avec antivir en mode sans echec , il a bloque a 79.4% sur un fichier de demo de jeux il me semble ....

Tu peux désinstaller Antivir.
Télécharge -CCleaner : https://www.ccleaner.com/
Clique sur Download CCleaner now...
Installe-le.
Un excellent tutoriel de Jesses pour le paramétrer : http://perso.orange.fr/jesses/Docs/Logiciels/CCleaner.htm
Attention: Décoche l'installation de la Yahoo Toolbar pendant l'installation.
Il va nettoyer les fichiers temporaires.
Ouvre CCleaner et clique sur Analyse, puis quand elle est terminée, clique sur Lancer le nettoyage.
Il sera effectué même si tu vois encore l'affichage dans le cadre principal.
Vérifie que ce dossier est bien vidé:
C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Propriétaire\Local Settings\Temp
Donne des nouvelles.

visiblement en tout cas l'operation a reussi ! pendant le scan pleins de dossiers WORMS ont ete detectes et mis en quarantaine ...

Il ne faut pas conserver deux antivirus en même temps sur un ordinateur.
Tu conserves celui que tu veux.
Et tu vides la quarantaine de celui que tu as décidé de conserver.
J'aurais bien aimé voir le rapport.

Dans Ajout/Suppression des programmes.
Je le garderai dans l'état actuel des choses.
Il semble plus réactif que Avast.
Il faut seulement enregistrer les pièces jointes de messagerie avant de les ouvrir pour les analyser.
Pour bien désinstaller Avast tu arrêtes tous les services et tu utilises :

alors apres avoir fait un nouveau scan en mode sans echec , qui plante toujours sur le meme dossier ...il bloque et reste sur ce meme dossier pendant 1h ....ou plus si je le laisse...donc je l'ai interrompu et apres avoir discute avec un ami informaticien j'ai change mon antivirus ...j'ai donc installe avg free...mais je voudrais savoir comment faut il le parametrer...et faut il aussi installer l'anti spyware...ou autre ...
la je suis en train de faire un scan avec avg et il a visiblement deja trouve 2 trojan ...je t'envoie le rapport des que c'est termine , faut il que j'en fasse aussi un en mode sans echec ?
