Good evening everyone, is there anyone with the 4/64 Go Thomson neo Z3 version who could help me? I will explain my problem: after having an issue, I did a new installation of Windows, now the Wi-Fi and the keyboard are not working anymore. I am desperate, if anyone has this laptop, could you please send me the drivers? Thank you all.

Hi,
Have you reinstalled with the latest version from here?
Windows 10 https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10/
Windows 11 https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows11
Drivers are more likely to be installed automatically with a newer version than an older version of Windows
Otherwise, you can try the Offline mode of DriversCloud (Transfer via USB) to find the drivers.

Try to obtain the hardware identification number of the network card
https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/peripheriques/1067-trouver-le-numero-d-identification-d-un-peripherique-sur-pc/
If you have the network, it might be easier afterward. -
Hello,
did the computer have Windows already installed or something else?
try to see if it works with SDI > https://sdi-tool.org/download/
to avoid downloading the entire 25GB pack, you can download the lite version from a computer, run it on the same computer, at startup choose to download only the network drivers, once downloaded, copy the software folder to a USB drive and then to your computer and run it on this computer, it will show you if it can install a driver -
Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Do you have a section --> other devices?
If yes, what problematic devices do you have?
What do you have in network adapters?
Give the hardware ID of the network controller
Check this --> Find the identification number of a device
Post the number in your next message.

Yes, indeed there is an ARM version of Windows, available for download only in Insider Preview and in English from Microsoft, with these PCs being made only for assemblers...
However, you can only download the Windows 11 version from the Microsoft site > https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewARM64
(you need to log into a Microsoft account and sign up for the Insider program, but it's quick and free)
For Windows 10 (apparently in French), https://uupdump.net/download.php?id=7811e991-621e-4b0c-a066-ee0d4b53eacf&pack=fr-fr&edition=core
make sure that "download and convert" is checked, then download the zip (create download package), unzip it, then run uup_downloader_windows in the folder, it will download and create the ISO (which will have a strange name), the second part is quite long as it adds languages and updates to the installer
Tip from the Microsoft forum > https://docs-microsoft-com.translate.goog/en-us/answers/questions/596334/windows-10-arm-iso-download.html?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=fr&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=nui
so I assume the download site is reliable
I launched it on my computer, and no issues were noticed, but I can't tell you if it works since I don't have an ARM system to install the ISO.-
Hi, already done but unfortunately without the factory Thomson drivers, I had the laptop unusable. No wifi, the keyboard wasn't working, etc. Thank you too, very kind. I appreciate your help.
- there's only this when you go to the driver section on thomson, it's a joke: https://static.mythomson.com/var/fichiers/1569486764-ou-trouver-les-drivers-de-l-appareil.pdf
maybe try this driver > https://support.lenovo.com/gp/en/downloads/ds500617-qualcomm-wlan-driver-for-windows-10-64-bit-notebook

Hi, thanks for the reply. My laptop is Windows arm64 with a Snapdragon 850 processor. The drivers are nowhere to be found, I'm stuck and I don't know how to fix it. Only someone who has the same laptop can solve my problem by sharing the drivers.
-
The network drivers are not installed, I don't have a network card in the device manager. Thomson did not provide the drivers, the drivers were in the folder c:\windows\drivers and unfortunately they were lost with the clean installation of Windows. Thank you again, I hope that some owners of the 4/64 model kindly share the drivers, otherwise I can't do much to resolve the issue.

Hi, thanks for the advice, I tried with sdilite but it didn't find any wifi drivers.
-
Hi, the problem is just that there is no network card. I did a clean installation of Windows and nothing works, neither the keyboard, nor the mouse, nor the wifi. The Thomson drivers are nowhere to be found. I contacted Thomson but so far I haven't received any response. Thanks for the help anyway.

Hello,
Which version of Windows 10 are you trying to install?
Originally version "S" or not? -
-
I read online that someone else had the same problem as me. He solved it with drivers shared by another owner who had the same 8/128 GB model. It wasn't in S mode. The drivers work in S mode and not. The problem is that they are impossible to find.
-
What would this version be? There is little or nothing around Windows arm64.
-
Okay, thanks for trying to help me. I will keep looking for a few more days, then I think I will take it to a service center.

You didn't answer this question:
In Device Manager, do you have a section --> other devices?
If so, what problematic devices do you have?

Hi, no. I don't have a section for other devices; however, a user shared a Thomson flash tool to restore the factory system in S mode. Basically, you need to flash the system as if it were a smartphone. You need to connect the Thomson to another laptop with a QCOM serial port, but I don't know how to do that.
