Hello,

I no longer have an internet connection, my laptop no longer detects my live box.
When I open the device manager, I have a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in front of the Network Controller under "Other devices".

I tried to update the driver but Windows cannot find any drivers.
By right-clicking the network controller and going into "Properties", I get the message: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"

My hardware identification number is:
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0032&SUBSYS_11861A3B&REV_01

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 36.0.1985.125

Restore the network layer:
Go to Start
All Programs
Accessories
Right-click on --> Command Prompt
Choose --> Run as administrator and confirm
Type these 2 commands and press enter each time
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Restart the PC.

Hello,

it's not working, I still can't detect the Wi-Fi, and I also can't connect with my Wi-Fi dongle that used to allow me to download updates to troubleshoot my computer (I had been using it since my laptop could no longer detect Wi-Fi). So I can't even do an important update that my computer is (just) offering me and that might help me.

Correction:
After uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver for my wifi key, my computer detects it again, and I have internet through this means. Therefore, I performed the important update requested by my computer and tried your network layer restoration suggestion again, but nothing works; without the wifi key, I cannot detect any wifi.
In the device manager, everything is up to date, and when I detect and search for drivers on "my config," I have no anomalies.

Well, I just found out what was wrong: the computer had disabled its own Wi-Fi function (which I saw by opening the network and sharing center) and I reactivated it by pressing (fn + F2), a simple little thing. And it works!!
Anyway, thank you so much for the driver (initial problem) and for your valuable help :)
