Network issue with refurbished iPhone

Hello, I recently bought an iPhone 12 64GB on the Backmarket website.
The iPhone works well, except for the 4G network which is weak and very unstable.
I then noticed with the model number that my iPhone came from the United States.
After researching the network compatibility with an American model, I found that the available frequencies seem to match those of my mobile operator (Bouygues).
Do you think it is indeed an issue related to it being an American model or something else?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,

80% of the refurbished devices sold on Backmarket come from the USA or Asia.
The origin has no impact on the network.

First, try with a different SIM from another operator or the same one. It's possible that the problem comes from the SIM card. If the problem is the same with another SIM, then in that case, open a dispute on the site to explain the issue and return the device. The devices are guaranteed for 1 year, so you should be able to return it.
