Hello,
I have a refurbished iPhone 6 that was running iOS 10 when I received it. I then updated to iOS 11.1 and since then, my battery stays stuck at 100%: from 10 AM to 4 PM it showed 100%, then it turned off, and when I charged it and turned it back on, the battery showed 15%, but the percentages were rising very quickly and by 3's, and the battery came back to 100% in 5 minutes. I then unplugged it, but 5 minutes later, the phone turned off again and it kept doing this. I tried restarting it with the home button + the power button, but it doesn't work. It's very annoying because I have no way of knowing what percentage my phone actually is at. Thank you in advance for any solutions.

Good evening, to solve the problem you need to set the time adjustment to manual, then you must turn off the iPhone and put it on charge.

Hi,
Refurbished, generally includes warranty...
Try a complete restore of iOS, you never know...
If the problem persists, return for service...
