I used Wetransfer to send videos.
I sent them to myself.

I received a link that works

My problem: I sent this link to someone, but when they click on it, nothing happens...
What to do?

    Is her computer a PC or a Mac? Is it a real computer or just a tablet?

    If she doesn't know anything about computers, either teach her the basics or refrain from sending her videos...
