HP EliteDesk 800 G1 TWR Power Supply Issues

Hello,
I have to tell you all that the impression I get is that the machine doesn’t want to change its components (^^^)
I want to change my graphics card ("integrated HD 4400" to "GTX460"), but since I have a 320w power supply, I need to change that too.
I have a modular 700w power supply to replace it, as shown here




I should point out that there is no 20 or 24 pin on the original 320w power supply, but rather a 6 pin and a 4 pin, plus the P2 well separated on the motherboard.
So I cannot connect the 20 or 24 pin from my power supply

      The problem is that you are choosing parts with "Adaptable PC" standards to install on a "branded" PC that adheres to few "Adaptable PC" standards but often to "proprietary HP standards".

      At best, you will find adapters, with no guarantee of functionality unless you ask HP if they validate references for your specific PC.

    HP makes sure that we can't change the parts actually....

      HP manufactures motherboards and BIOS programs which they can change at any time and provide support that has significant means to identify numerous reported failures and know or create solutions if necessary.

      On the internet, you will find parts or adapters designed for specific use or valid for a larger number of models. It is evident that adapters are being sold, so each manufacturer could inform you if they have tested them for many models and which ones are compatible.

    Lucien has summarized the situation well
    In your case, the solution is more about changing your choice for the graphics card; the GTX 460 is old, outdated for gaming, and consumes a lot.
    You should look for a graphics card that does not require changing the power supply, like a 1050ti or a 1650...
