Hello,

I have a problem with the ANTS website. I'm trying to redo my registration certificate following a theft, but when I want to upload the documents from my request directly on the site, I receive this error message: common.file_upload.pattern_nom_fichier. What should I do?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.0

    Hello, I had the same issue, it was due to accents or other special characters.

      It happened to me the same thing, you have to change the document name and use only letters

      Thank you for the tip, you just need to change the title of the downloaded file.

      For example: for the cerfa: 57355765_TPS_CERFA_mandat_formalité_immat_cerfa_13757-03.pdf.pdf

      change it to cerfa 13757 signed

      Same problem, I didn't have any special characters. I switched browsers, using CHROME instead of EDGE and everything worked perfectly. This isn't the first time I've been unable to send a document with Edge, but with Chrome it's fine!
