Access denied for certain sites

Hello everyone
I finally decided to come to this forum to expose my problem
For about 2 months, I can no longer access certain sites like eBay, IKEA, and especially PlayStation Network, which bothers my children a lot
When I open one of these sites, it says ACCESS DENIED you don't have permission to access ... then the address of the site
I am on fiber and this only happens when I use my Bouygues B BOX, because when I use my phone as a modem there’s no problem except for PlayStation
At Bouygues, they tell me they have never heard of this problem and make me wait, saying they are taking care of it. I asked for a technician to come to my house, but I am still waiting
I even changed my B BOX; it worked for 1 week then the problem came back. I don’t know what to do anymore
