Hello,
For the past few weeks, the internet goes down as soon as I start my laptop. I'm using Windows 10 / SFR box and I haven't installed or modified anything recently on this PC.
My other devices don't cause any issues, but they also lose connection when I turn on my PC. Even the desktop PC connected via ethernet.
Can you help me solve this, please?
Thank you.

Hi,
how is this esteemed disruptor connected?
how is the "crash" manifesting?
Sorry, but we will need to dive deep seriously to make progress.
it's likely to be long and painful.
also,
a few weeks...
so it was working before, any idea what has changed?

Hello,
No worries about the loooonnng process, I’m a patient person.
My annoying PC is connected via Wi-Fi.
It's a gaming PC that I only use for that.
I haven't changed anything on it and I haven't installed anything new or from sketchy sites.
When I turn on this PC, it almost never connects to the internet, and the PCs that are already connected lose their connection.
When I manage to connect it, I look in vain for updates, but aside from a potential upgrade to Windows 11, I have nothing to update.

OK,
we should try to connect it via Ethernet to see if the issue is the same.
a PC can be moved near the box, not by itself, but it can be done.
also,
what is the model of the Wi-Fi card in the device manager?

what is the model of the box?

and ... There you go!

Hello,
So the wifi card is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz
My box is the SFR 8.
It's worth noting that I generally reboot the box and it works again. But it will eventually burn out from doing this...
I will try wired connection from the box as soon as possible.
