Apps That No Longer Appear in the Play Store

Hello,
I have a Samsung A8 on Android, and I noticed that some apps no longer show up when I search for them in the Play Store!
For example, I can find the FDJ Parions Sport app, but I can't find the official FDJ app for the lottery! It's incomprehensible.
I reset the phone, I did all the updates again, I tried on 4G and Wi-Fi, but it’s the same.
I don't understand because on another smartphone, the apps appear fine.
How come I no longer have access to all the apps in the Play Store?
Note that if I log in on a PC on the Play Store website, I can't find them there either!!!
