Unable to connect fdj

Hello, I would like to know how to reconnect to my FDJ account? Indeed, since I registered 9 years ago, I never had any issues, but last year the Française des jeux changed the login method and since then I haven't been able to connect. I probably made a mistake entering my email, but since I've changed operators several times, I don't remember which one I registered with! What should I do? Is there an address I can contact?     from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and on public holidays from 2 PM to 6 PM
