Philips TV Play Store Connection Issue

Problem solved

Actually, the login through email + password (Gmail) doesn't work
However, it works via Android with the computer + TV (after a factory reset of the television, I had 2 options to connect my TV and the 2nd option worked)

In my opinion, the Google Play Store app is outdated and needs to be updated to function properly.

As I mentioned in the first message, YouTube wasn’t working. Since I was able to log in to the Google Play Store app, I was able to update YouTube... Oh miracle, it works!!!

When it comes to applications, manufacturers and broadcasters do as they please. Personally, I have an LG, and at first, I had an Orange app that gave access to a lot of radio stations, but that app was removed without warning during an update. For replay, I had Pluzz and Arte +7, which also disappeared. As for MyTF1, all I have is the paid VOD. On the M6 replay site, I’m asked to download a “player,” but “download impossible.” It’s all a matter of agreements with the app owners and the TV brand, a money issue, so not so smart these TVs, huh?...;-(
And Arte came back a while ago... go figure...

Unable to connect with "Google Play Store on TV"

Thanks already to Bruno for his great help on this forum, as well as to the other participants.

But before applying Bruno's method, I had to do this:

ON YOUR COMPUTER
Open "Google" on your account.
Go to "Manage your Google account."
Click on "Security" on the left of the screen.
Scroll down until you see "Your devices"
Click on "Your devices" and select your TV in question (e.g., Philips 4K Full HD..)
Click on the 3 little dots present and choose "disconnect"
Close your "Google" account
On the TV, try to reconnect with your password before reinstalling everything; otherwise, follow Bruno's tutorial to the letter.

Only after this step was I able to connect to "Google Play Store" on my TV

It's strange, I'm in this situation because indeed, I feel like some apps have disappeared, but I can't be certain.

However, that doesn't explain why I can't connect to the Google Play Store.

No Google Play Store = no downloading apps (Spotify or others).
I should at least have access to the Play Store, right?
