Hello,

I have created a dyndns address to give my router a dynamic address.

I added it in the router settings and it validated it by saying that it is operational.

But when I type the dyndns address on another computer (another router), I don’t see my homepage 192.168.1.1 of my router that I want to access remotely.

Could you help me?

    Hi,
    most routers block access to the internal administration from the outside, or offer it on a different port than the usual 80 or 443, check on your client account or in your router's administration if it's active.

      Hello,

      For the administration page of the box itself, it seems to me that it's dead since SFR disables access outside the local network regardless of the port, which does not prevent connecting to a local device via a dynamic DNS service that is not necessarily integrated into the box but can be handled by a dedicated utility on the PC as long as appropriate NAT rules are written.

      If for some reason X (??) one insists on connecting to the administration of the box itself remotely, it is probably easier to use remote control software.

    I want to reboot my box remotely when it freezes or malfunctions.

    How to do it?

      If it’s stuck, it’s not going to be easy to reboot it remotely, in any case.
      The simplest solution is to install a timer that cuts off the power for 5 minutes every night...
      It’s sold in the electrical section of all supermarkets.
