Hello,
In the Quick Access of Windows Explorer, I created network folders like ftp://192.168.1.10:2549/
As these addresses no longer exist, I can't delete them from Quick Access:
- I get the (normal) message: .... Unable to establish a connection with the server
- the right-click menu only shows one command: Expand
After some web searching, I cleared the 2 folders:
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations
And I deleted the QatItems data from the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Ribbon
No effect.
If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate it.
Configuration: Windows 10/ Firefox 98.0

Best regards
Patrice

Hello,
Try this:
In the search box or the magnifying glass on the taskbar, type --► cmd
Right-click on Command Prompt --►Run as administrator
Copy and paste:
Then press the Enter key.
Go back to check in File Explorer.
Restart the PC if it's still present and check once more.

Thank you, pistouri.
Indeed, it's perfect in command line!
It works without restarting.
I had done it from the explorer and it doesn't work, which now seems logical to me, but when you're focused on the task...

Happy for you.
Thank you for including a screenshot to illustrate the problem.
I hadn't noticed that I had already suggested it on this post.
I picked it out from my toolbox, head down to the grindstone myself too :-)
Have a great weekend.
