Hello,
I just turned on my computer and it says "press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS setting" but when I press either of the two keys, nothing happens, so I would like to know how to solve this problem since I am working on my computer....
Thank you in advance.

There is no CD in the drive, no card in the card reader, no USB key, or USB cable plugged in?
It should indicate that it can't find an operating system, but you never know.
I’ve had a new SSD without the message saying it couldn't find an operating system, but the PC conveniently started in the BIOS. To recreate this situation, you can unplug the hard drive just to see what happens at startup.
There's also the trick of unplugging the power cord and holding down the power button for 2 minutes to discharge the capacitors before plugging it back in and restarting. Sometimes it just boots up normally.

Is there not a CD in a drive, a card in a card reader, or a USB stick, a USB cable plugged in?

If testing another USB keyboard doesn't work, check the boot order or a keyboard with a PS2 connector if it exists, as mentioned in the 2015 discussion below, it's also an Asus.
If there is a separate key to set the boot order, we can check that it is indeed trying to boot from the hard drive first; it would be good to have or find the manual where it's mentioned. Not always displayed on the screen.
If the PC is recent, see or call or email the seller and customer service, especially if it's sold fully assembled and also in case of warranties.
In this 2015 discussion, the same situation with Asus with a major hardware failure, the motherboard. Link at the bottom of the post. He had assembled a PC himself with an Asus motherboard. So there are plenty of tests to do before moving on to hardware failures.
It seems much simpler to test the hard drive first, of course.
The USB keyboard issue that doesn't work anymore because the boot order had the PS2 port first was something I wasn't aware of yet.
For resetting the BIOS or changing the BIOS battery, it's best to know how to set everything in the UEFI BIOS if we couldn't note all the settings. Or to be lucky with the default settings.
They also tried without a memory stick to see what happens at startup when they suspected the motherboard.
After trying everything, to change a defective part, there was the warranty issue for the parts, having to go through the seller of each part if we need to invoke the manufacturer's warranty. Given the time it takes, it's better to be sure that the part is defective. But it requires parts or a repairman or another PC to test.
