Press DEL to enter setup, how to access the BIOS

Hello, I have a big problem. When I restart my computer, I always get the message "Press DEL to enter setup" and I have to wait about 3 minutes before it changes and I see Windows XP loading. During this time, I can't do anything or access the BIOS. I need to access the BIOS in order to boot from my USB drive.

Hello

If we knew your motherboard, we could maybe tell you which key to press to select the boot menu... It's most commonly f10, f11, or f12...
