Hello,
I have a PNG image with a transparent background that contains several images on it. I would like to know if there is an easy way to cut out these images to create separate elements that I can arrange as I wish. I'm learning the Inkscape software, but if there's another way, I'm open to it.

To cut images, it is preferable to use image editing software rather than Inkscape, which is a vector graphics program.
Once you have cut your images, you can import them into Inkscape, but that's more the kind of thing that is done in desktop publishing software like Scribus. -
Hello,
Thank you for your response. Actually, I’m looking for a way to do it all at once with a software, but I haven't really found how to do it...
